Is it, or is it not Conceptual Art… Your thoughts???

It is posted as a “social experiment”. Nah I don’t see it that way, but I guess I’m prejudiced as I see Art in most places I go!

    It can be described as many things, art is just one of them (unless we find out some agency is responsible!!) either way it’s pretty cool :)
