Interview survey
Dear valued Reader and or Viewer. We have managed to put up a number of Visual Artist interviews with lots more to come. Many of you have provided very positive feedback thus far which is great, however I am aware there may be others who take a “look but don’t touch” approach. They’re often the ones with thoughts on ways to improve things but glance by and keep on going.
So folks with all this in mind can we get some feedback please.
- Are the interviews of value?
- Are they too long?
- Are the questions useful (thus far?)
- Are the artists the sort you want or are there other “types” you would like me to find?
- Is the quality of responses okay or…
- Should there be more images of their art or perhaps fewer…
These are a few starting points to utilise when you respond (use the comment button below this post.
If you feel you want to keep things more anonymous then drop me an email at info@stevegray.biz
Thanks in advance Steve Gray.

These interviews are a mixed bag some too long some too short, some not enough images of their art and no I don’t wanna go to their site to check out the gallery’s of stuff many of them have okay maybe a few.
Mainly good questions, I have read all up to date that you have done, mostly very good!
Solid interviews, they seem to have differing questions so it’s not all the same, sure it’s a formatted process but it’s okay, I like to get a similar feel for the artists rather than have the interviewer run off on some personal tangent too much.
Time to stop and fully read them is the thing for me, but then you find one who has something that connects with you and then it’s, sit, read and look.
The subscription service (email) is great as I drop in when something new comes up.
I guess you keep the articles/interviews long for technical reasons which is okay unless I am scrolling to find something else.
A mix of other styles other than painting would be good, I guess there are more painters than there are sculptors for instance.
