Lorne Sculpture Exhibition

The bi-annual Lorne (Victoria) Sculpture exhibition kicked off this weekend with an opening by Sigrid Thornton (actor), various awards presented and 50 sculptures presented around the foreshore and in other venues around town. A great crowd turned out to see the opening and enjoy the works presented, a veritable who’s who of contemporary sculpture.

A stand out piece… Jos Van Hulsens work, number one in the catalogue and number one for concept, craftsmanship and placement.

Jos Van Hulsen

Jos’ piece was similar to this second place piece he had in the Helen Lempriere sculpture show a while back.
